Absolutely no signs of rust.It needs nothing and is ready to drive today.- Timing Belt and Water pump were replaced at about 170,000 miles, so that is good to go for at least another 50K (have records)- Rotors and brakes have less than 3,000 miles on them, so they are good for another 30k or more (have records)- Tires have more than 50% tread, so those are good. (have records)- Transmission was replaced by Acura at 110,000 miles with regular suggested maintenance since. (have records)- I change the oil myself RELIGIOUSLY every 5k with Mobil1 oil and Mobil1 filters, so the engine is smooth and strong.It really is a great, reliable car. In the last couple of months I´ve driven it to Chicago and back, Madison and back, and Duluth and back with absolutely ZERO issues getting more than 30 mpg in the process. I´m just ready for something new.I bought this car in April of 2004 with ~60k miles on it and babied it ever since. Regular hand washes and details have kept the car in pretty good shape.Like I said, it isn´t perfect - so let´s be honest...- The front and rear bumpers aren´t bad, but they could use a repaint. It is listed as being in two fender benders, but the airbags have never been deployed and only the front and rear bumpers have been replaced - they could still use a repaint.- The turn signals work, but they are finicky. I plan to have it fixed, but if it´s not done by the time you look at the car, I´ll knock a few hundred off the price.- I recently had the tint removed from the driver and passenger front windows for legal reasons. Rear tint remains.- The shocks are probably ready for replacement, but the ride is still pretty smooth and the tires are wearing evenly, so I haven´t made it a priorityIt really is a great and VERY reliable car for the $$ - I´m just ready for something new.Send me an email and let´s make a deal. Parked in heated garage and had regular car washes. During summer, waxed on a monthly basis. The paint is in excellent condition. Options: Fully Loaded: In 2004, there was only one option that I´m aware of, navigation. This car has everything, navi, xenon headlight lights, heated leather seats, moonroof, six disc cd changer, ELS Premium sound system, side impact air bags, curtain air bags, vehicle stability system, curtain air bags, dual power seats, home link transmitter, memory seats, etc. Also comes with 2 sets of tires. Snow tires and summer tires. The snow tires are the Dunlop SP Sport 3D; these are rated #2 or 3 on tirerack.com and are $600+. They have 7/32 life left which is another season or two. Also included are summer tires which have been used for one summer, again I thought I was going to keep the car for 2 more years so I bought these. The tires are the BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW2, also $600+. Reason for Selling: I bought a new car; I´ve had this for 8 years and wanted to get something new for the past year and found a good deal on my new (used) car.Recent Maintenance Notes:• I recently had the brakes and rotors replaced, they should be good for many more years. • Timing belt and related items replaced as scheduled maintenance. This is an expensive maintenance item ($600+) and should be good for the life of the car.• Suspension replaced. I choose to do this early because I thought I was going to keep the car for 2 more years. I had the Acura Aspec OEM suspension installed, it rides like new.• Followed oil change and transmission fluid change schedule• Battery replaced within in the 1-2 years.• With all of these recent maintenance jobs, this car should be good to go for another 100K miles. I spent $2500 in the past year or so. Mechanically, this car is in excellent condition.Issues with car:I want to be completely upfront about any issues so that we don´t waste each other´s time. I am very picky and detail oriented so these issues may not be all that noticeable:• 2 Door Dings on side of car, no paint damage but just dents• Wheels have some curb rash• Navigation zoom out button and audio button works occasionally; I use the voice command ´zoom out´ if the button doesn´t work. As for the audio button, I don´t ever use it because the same info is displayed on the upper screen and I use the main LCD for the navigation. This button does not affect performance of the stereo in any way.• Small paint scuffs or chips, normal for car with 100K miles. I used paint filler from Acura when possible.• Small tear in leather in back seat.Please email me only if you are interested. Details: I have for sale a rare 94 Acura Legend 3.2L 230hp 6-spd Coupe with Type II engine. 131k miles. I bought the Legend needing a water pump, which I replaced. The water pump is behind the timing belt. I was not able to get the timing belt correctly placed back where it was, but it´s very close. The timing belt needs to be re-done by someone who can do it before it will run. It ran fantastically with the timing correct.Plenty fast, Good clutch!!! Driver door handle was replaced, but not hooked up inside the door panel, so you have to enter through the passenger door. Driver window needs help going down. Decent leather interior, except for rip in driver seat. Moonroof. Also wired for subs and amp. No radio.Brand new battery. The 18´ ADR rims with new Nexen tires were bought for over $1500 a couple years ago. When the timing is correct, all it will need is finishing of the bodywork. I patched the rust with fiberglass. It will need sanding, then paint. No other problems. Clean title. $1400 firm. Not $1300 or $1350. Bring trailer or tow truck.
