Details: I have a 1989 Acura Integra. This car does not work as it sits right now.It will work. you just need to either swap in the extra engine i have or rebuild the one in it.Unibody 8/10 Interior 8/10 mechanically the car is good other than the engine in it does not run right. I do have an additional engine I will include that does run excellent just needs a seal job. the gaskets needed run about 30 bucks for a full set. The 2 engines I have are both the same other than one is from an 88 the other from an 89. both are D16A1 engines, both are the better and more sought after ´blacktops´. These are DOHC and Fuel injected, have the awesome flowing manifold that honda would reproduce until they made the d16y8 years later. this car is truly ahead of its time and is thankfully OBD0, meaning these have all the performance with very little of the stupid emissions crap that cuts performance AND are completely unnecessary on a honda. stock they push 120hp and about 105 in torque, compression is 9.5:1. These cars are CAKE to work on and they are easy to get performance out of. If you are looking to learn cars or teach someone cars, this is a great car to learn on! . in japan they were called the ZC engines. the only difference between a d16a1 and a zc is the cams. either way these are HIGHLY sought after and VERY RARE engines. one pulled from a junkyard, if they even have one, will cost you at least 900 bucks. each engine comes with a complete set of bolt-ons that are all in working condition. e.g. extra starter, extra alternator, extra dizzy, etcNot only does it have an extra engine but i have a pile of extra´s that will go with it,: a sunroof that i just didn´t get around to installing quite yet, extra set of brake rotors and half shafts, extra radiator and fan, etc, too much to list.basically you have everything needed to get the car running and keep it running for another 15 years.I also have the Chilton, Haynes AND the Factory Service Manuals for this car. ( factory service manual is a PDF, bring a flash drive, memory card or external harddrive and i will give you a copy) This car was for a girlfriend i broke up with so i just don´t want to keep looking at it anymore. my loss is your great find. I´m selling it at 2500 the Car is all stock and doesn´t have any problems. Here´s all the things I´ve done to the car so far. I just bought and install new NGK iridium spark plug2s and spark plug wires aswell. Car was leaking oil due to the valve cover gasket and the can seal being bad but I replace both of them and car doesn´t leak any oil anymore. Also I just got my emissions done and I got tags for 2 years and also put 2 new brakes on the 2 front wheels also just changed all the hoses. Body is not perfect but is in very good shape for being a 21 year old car the. I just want to get rid of it cuz I want something bigger and quiter. Also car has a muffler and sounds very nice and loud and also has two 4 inches subs which really makes a difference from the stock subs and also has a sony stereo.
